¨ Source, negotiate and sign new business
¨ Offer clients a complete integrated service solution of hygiene, cleaning and pest control services
¨ Build relationships with big corporate Companies
¨ Keep a close relationship with clients going out on tender
¨ Plan and set up appointments with the identified customers
¨ Deal with clients professionally at all times
¨ Provide feedback to Regional Manager on weekly basis
¨ Complete questions on tender documents accurately
¨ Ensure the cost associated with opening the new account are kept in line with the approved budget
¨ Liaise with Regional Manager where necessary
¨ Complete contract documents and surveys in detail to stream line the implementation and installation of new contract
¨ Ability to conduct sales presentations to senior management and Directors at potential customers
¨ Ability to use and manage costing modules for contract cleaning services
¨ Survey of customer premises to assess requirements for contract cleaning, hygiene rental and pest control services.

¨ Achieve annual sales targets
¨ Maintain and build relationships with new Corporate Companies
¨ Keep costs in line with budget
¨ Accurate and timeous completion of tender documents
- Senior Certificate
- Tertiary education in sales(preferred)
- Extensive experience in external sales within service industry
- Proven track record in establishing and growing business within Botswana
- Highly computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Ability to interact at senior level with both customers and management
