Our start-up is looking to add a few unemployed youths to our start-up on a 2-3 month internship. Not only will you gain work experience, but as we are a start-up, the individuals that join us this early on will qualify for permanent employment, benefits as well as a partnership/equity position in the organization once we secure our investment in the coming months, shall they prove to be a valuable asset to the start-up.
Our organization is geared towards connecting unemployed youths with hiring firms by creating a database of unemployed youths to share with HR departments as well as the government for job allocation locally. We will also facilitate business by helping young entrepreneurs secure investment for their feasible and ambitious projects by creating our own local investor database.
With that in mind we need skilled youths with various post-graduate backgrounds in order to assess the feasibility of the various proposals we shall receive from the youth and entrepreneurs locally and within the SADC region. Each project and proposal that we help secure investment for will earn the team paid bonuses during this non-remunerated internship stage. It will be a team effort and therefore we require people who are innovative, energetic, results driven and work well in groups.
