Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction or crushing plant and aggregate operations, including mine or site management.
• Proven experience managing crusher plants and aggregate production operations.
• Demonstrated ability to increase production output, manage clients and expand operations.
• Strong background in plant maintenance management, including coordination with mechanical teams and contractors.
• Experience in budgeting, costing, forecasting and overall site financial control.
• Proven capability in managing large teams (operators, artisans and support staff).
• Knowledge of mine health and safety regulations and experience engaging with regulatory authorities.
• Strong understanding of production equipment and processes.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and work in demanding site conditions.
