- The Bid Submission Method is: One Envelope Submission Method in which a tenderers financial and technical offer is submitted together in one sealed envelope.
- The bid shall be firmly bound, submitted in an envelope or package, securely sealed in such a manner that does not allow for the envelope or package to be easily opened and resealed.
- Submit one (1) original tender document marked “ORIGINAL” and 2 duplicate copies of the original document marked “COPY” in one sealed envelope clearly marked.
- The name and address of the bidder should be clearly marked on the envelope.
