- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in Account Executive, Sales or Client Service role
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and account handling
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities within client accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
