RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenditures; ensure compliance with IFRS, audits, and legislation.
* Oversee procurement, allocate maintenance costs, and manage stock and asset reconciliations.
* Provide financial updates to managers, liaise with auditors, and support contract-related decisions.
* Manage admin staff, maintain financial records and vendor agreements, and assist with month-end processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, AAT or related field.
* Advancing towards CA qualification.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience of which 3 should be at supervisory level.
* Experience with stock, cost controls, revenue calculations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and procurement.
* Strong problem-solving and risk-management skills.
* Member of BICA in good standing
* Clean criminal record.
* Valid class B Driver’s license.
