Job description
 Data entry on accounting software.
 Preparation of management accounts.
 Computation and submission of taxes.
 Ensuring compliance of tax requirements and
other financial standards.
 Identifying and communicating engagement
issues as well as engagement progress in a timely
and organized manner
 Work as part of a team carrying out engagement
tasks under close supervision of accounting
supervisor /Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements
 Accounting related qualification or studying
towards obtaining such qualification. (Bachelor’s
degree in accounting, AAT, ACCA, BICA,
CIMA.)
 Registered and in good standing with Botswana
Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA)
 Relevant 2-3 years of experience in accounting
and financial sector is an added advantage.
 Ability to work independently and in teams
with professionals at all levels.
 Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft
office skills.
 Proficiency in accounting software
(Knowledge of Pastel evolution (Sage 200) is an
added advantage)
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities.
 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
