Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will PCKD support renal care operations through accurate billing, procurement, inventory control, Sage Accounting, and month-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement and supplier records;
  • monitor stock levels and movements and reconcile physical stock to Sage;
  • ensure complete, accurate charge capture and billing for all clinical services, procedures, consultations and medical supplies.
  • support month-end close, reporting, cost control, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Accounting/Finance degree or equivalent; minimum 2 years post qualification experience; Practical knowledge of Sage Accounting/Pastel and strong Excel skills. Healthcare, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, or distribution experience will be an added advantage.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, analytical ability, organisation, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure with clinical and operational teams.
