Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the laundry service and ensure a positive client experience
- Attend to client inquiries, schedule and coordinate pickups/deliveries
- Manage laundry handling: washing, folding, and other support duties as needed
- Inventory management and cash counting
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the admin and laundry areas
- Reporting and documentation for daily operations
Requirements
- 5 BGCSE and certificate in admin
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of laundry, cleaning and fabric care best practice is advantageous
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and strong work ethic
