Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of branch records.
  • Prepare and verify sales incentive calculations for sales staff.
  • Support the Branch Manager in maintaining smooth and efficient branch operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date branch sales data.
  • Monitor outstanding orders, cancelled orders, returns, discounts, and credit sales where applicable.
  • Investigate shortages, excess quantities, damaged goods, or incorrect items received.
  • Ensure transactions are correctly recorded and supported by appropriate documentation.
  • Investigate differences between cash collected, system records, and bank deposits.
  • All other branch admin related duties.

Requirements

  • The candidate should have at least Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management/Administration
  • Should have atleast a minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Result oriented and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Good attitude and able to work in a team
  • Ready to travel Botswana and work away from duty station
