Note that these will be allocated ONLY to the groups indicated. The remaining plots will be competed for by the general public including vulnerable groups.
  • Affirmative Action will be applied for Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Community Based Organisations (CBO’s) that are in existence, operational and based in the area applied for.
  • The Disposing Department will, in consideration of the applications, exercise the principle of equitable distribution of land and viability of the project proposals.
  • Any person who participated in the preparations, compilations or any process whatsoever associated with this document, or was privy to this document before Public Notice, is disqualified from bidding.
  • By purchase and submission of the bid, the bidder considers themselves bound by the terms of this tender
