The incumbent shall function as a front desk agent and shall be the guest’s first and last point of contact and is responsible for creating a positive experience for guests throughout their stay. The incumbent shall function as a front office and housekeeping agent at EuniBot Guesthouse. The duties shall cover welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, payments, and records, handling enquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring guest rooms and common areas are cleaned, sanitized, well-stocked, and prepared to deliver a high standard of service.
SECURITY OFFICER / NIGHT WATCHMAN
A Night Watchman is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the guest house by conducting regular patrols, monitoring access, assisting guests with check-in, enquiries and emergencies, carrying out routine inspections, securing the premises, watering gardens and maintaining cleanliness, keeping accurate records of incidents and activities, and coordinating with management and emergency services to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests.

- Must be fluent in both English and Setswana.
- Experience in the Guesthouse, Lodge or Hotel environment shall be an added advantage.

- Must have completed form 2 or 3
- Must be able to have conversations in both English and Setswana.
