Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate machinery for development driving, installing ground support, and any other work that is required.
- Complete pre starts on equipment and report on maintenance issues.
- Identify and promote suggestions to increase productivity and/or reduce operating costs. Prepare the workplace for the oncoming shift person to continue operations without interference or obstruction.
Requirements
- Underground Decline Development Experience.
- Experience working for a Top Tier Mining Contractor.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Underground Mining.
- Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Working at Heights certificate.
- Experience with Normet Sprayers and Sandvik Drills.
- Proven Safe and reliable operation of mobile mining equipment.
