The HSE Superintendent provides strategic leadership to develop, implement, and continuously improve the organisation’s Health, Safety and Environmental Management systems. This role ensures regulatory compliance, reduces risk exposure, and drives a culture of safety excellence across all operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certificate in “International Standards” e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Risk Management Certificate e.g Bow Tie, Critical Control Management or equivalent.
- Incident Investigation Certificate, ICAM, SCAT, Root Cause Analysis Technique or equivalent.
- 10 – 15 years mining HSE experience, 5 years minimum in a senior HSE leadership role
