Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to users on system access, navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Log, track, and escalate system incidents and service requests to relevant support teams.
- Assist with system testing, updates, and verification of application functionality.
- Support monitoring of system workflows and report identified issues or irregularities.
- Serve as a contact point for users requiring assistance with business applications.
- Provide clear guidance and basic user training on system usage.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with internal and external users.
- Assist with user account administration and access management under supervision.
- Support basic system monitoring, data validation, and report generation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with ICT staff, business units, and system vendors to resolve user issues.
- Assist in maintaining support documentation and user guides.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving user support and service delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Records Management with strong ICT exposure, or related field.
- Recent graduates with no prior work experience may apply.
- Basic understanding of business applications, databases, or helpdesk support will be an added advantage.
- Customer service orientation, Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Attention to detail, Ability to learn quickly and work in a team, Basic computer literacy and systems awareness.
