Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel engine systems
  • Read and interpret Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, and blueprints.
  • Complete job cards, daily service reports, and accurately log parts usage

Requirements

  • NCC – Heavy Plant Mechanic or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience on Epiroc, Sandvik and other major OEM open pit drills.
  • Experience must include commissioning, service, maintenance and repair of the plant.
  • Class B Driving License
  • You must have your own comprehensive tool kit
  • Prepared to work Contops shift
  • Commitment to a Zero Harm workplace
