Job Description
- Performing statutory inspections and load tests on all rigging and lifting equipment
- Formulating written safe work procedures for the rigging function and communicating procedures to operational staff.
- Enforcing and monitoring compliance with SHEA policies
- Monitoring all the maintenance of all rigging equipment
- Monitoring conditions of all lifting gear before, during and after use and report any damages.
- Conducting quarterly inspections of all lifting and rigging equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
- NCC in Rigging plus a scaffolding erection certificate
- Ability to operate mobile cranes
- 10 years working experience
- Driver’s license
