MINISTRY OF CHILD WELFARE AND BASIC EDUCATION
Performs all administrative support duties including filing of all administrative and payment related records. Prepares payment vouchers, collects revenue and provides routine administrative support on finance and accounts. Supervises subordinate staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support functions at district, regional and headquarters levels.
- Verifies attendance records and payment of vouchers.
- Issues casualty returns, processes leave applications and updates leave records.
- Updates CPMS information.
Requirements
- Certificate in Public Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field plus 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience: 2 years satisfactory service as Senior Administration Assistant (B3/2).
