Uncharted Africa Safari Co. is seeking applications for the following positions:
Supports delivery of high food and beverage service standards across camps.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor food quality, menu compliance, and service standards.
- Support beverage management, storage, and equipment standards.
- Assist with stock control, purchasing coordination, and cost control.
- Support staff training and departmental action plans.
- Ensure hygiene, health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Requirements
- Diploma in Culinary Arts.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years’ food and beverage experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s licence.
