Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, issuing, and recording of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Conduct daily stock counts and assist with monthly stock takes.
- Update stock cards and inventory system accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or variances.
- Assist with FIFO stock rotation and warehouse housekeeping.
- Source quotations and assist with purchasing of materials, spares and consumables as required.
- Raise purchase orders and follow up on deliveries with suppliers.
- Liaise with production, procurement, and sales on stock movements
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or related field (CIPS Level 2 Certificate or Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations will be an added advantage)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in stock control, preferably in milling/FMCG/manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of Acumatica / Pastel / Sage accounting and inventory systems is required.
- Computer literate with good Excel skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
