Ngwato Land Board. INTERNAL ADVERT: ATTORNEY- C2. The position of Attorney – C2 is tenable in Ngwato Land Board. To provide legal services to the Land Board.
Key Responsibilities
- Represents Land Board in litigation at Magistrates Courts, Land Tribunal, High Courts and High Court of Appeal.
- Institutes legal proceedings on behalf of Land Board, liaises with Botswana government departments where necessary.
- Participates in Court prosecution of cases involving violation of Land Policies and Tribunal Land Act representing Land Board on matters of interest.
- Conducts relevant legal research in matters that have legal implications to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Provides legal opinion on the interpretation of Tribal Land Act, Policies and Regulations.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Law
- Experience: NIL

- Applicants should be admitted Attorneys to practice in the Courts of Law of the Republic of Botswana
