Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse the Botswana motor market and dealer operations
  • Manage the financial performance of all the Parts departments
  • Manage the financial risk, stocktaking and inventory security of all the Parts departments
  • Ensure that all the parts processes are managed so as to satisfy the customer’s needs
  • Adhere to the NMI Group & franchise procedures
  • Ensure that the warehouse is managed and that the department is marketed
  • Ensure that staff is manage / develop to improve performance
  • Lead the parts sales team to develop and maintain positive working relationships while reaching objectives
  • Manage inventory levels in alignment with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) expectations and existing activity levels.

  • Drivers licence
  • Minimum of five (5) years Automotive Parts Management experience with proven track record.
