We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Bakery Developer** to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a love for baking, and a sharp eye for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bakery operations and staff
- Maintain high standards of product quality and food safety
- Ensure inventory management and timely ingredient ordering
- Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen
- Schedule staff and manage performance
- Work with the team on new product ideas and seasonal offerings
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in bakery or food production management
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and commercial kitchen equipment
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus
