Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and transactions
  • Processing invoices, receipts and payments
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Preparing basic financial reports and reconciliations
  • Maintaining organised financial and administrative records
  • Assisting with payroll and employee records
  • Supporting stock and purchasing administration
  • Data capturing and maintaining company reports
  • General office administration and correspondence
  • Assisting the Head of Finance & Controls with daily finance and control activities
  • Ensuring company records are accurate, complete and up to date

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ relevant bookkeeping and/or administration experience – ideally
  • A Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong practical knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with accounting/bookkeeping software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity, honesty and confidentiality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
