Bookkeeper – ChemFert Solutions

Essential Job Duties:

• Complete monthly payrolls and VAT return.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
• Maintain payroll information by contacting employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals.
• Journal and data entry; provide general support.
• Create and run custom reports.
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Deliver administrative support by corresponding with clients, preparing reports and handling information requests.

Education and Skills Requirements:

• A certificate or diploma in accounting or related fields preferred.
• In-depth understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems, accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAGE.
• Experience in accounting and or bookkeeping.
• Payroll experience.
• Candidates must be able to clearly communicate via email, text, and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Compensation: P1,800/month
