Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and team management.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to ensure high levels of customer service and team performance.
• Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, hardware or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
