Responsible for overall performance and management of the Branch Operations which ensures Business and Revenue generation, Credit and Risk Compliance Management, People Management and accountable for growth and profitability of the branch and the in accordance with the Bank’ policy & overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- CUSTOMER FOCUS Ensures that clients are handled in a professional manner and the information provided is timely and accurate.
- SALES FOCUS Proactive marketing of the Banks products and cross selling to new/existing clients to meet business objectives of the Bank.
- CREDIT ADMINISTRATION Effective administrative and management of the credit facilities in compliance with the Bank’s credit policy, procedures and containment of credit risk as per BSC.
- COLLATERAL ADMINISTRATION To ensure effective and efficient administration and management of the collateral facilities in compliance with the Bank’s rules and regulations, to minimize risk and legal implications to the organization.
- PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Responsible for people management; performance management, talent management, succession planning, personal development and resource planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, COP
- 10 years banking experience
- 3 years branch management experience
