CPP Botswana (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bridge Engineer specializing in cable-stayed bridges to join our dynamic team. We invite you to apply if you have a passion for structural engineering and a proven track record in bridge design and construction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional Registration – Must be a registered Professional Engineer.
• Education – Minimum Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structures.
• Experience – At least 20 years of general experience, with a minimum of 10 years in the design and construction of cable-stayed bridges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, analysis, and construction supervision of cable-stayed bridges.
• Ensure compliance with international design standards and project specifications.
• Conduct structural assessments and recommend solutions of complex engineering challenges.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
