Vacancy: Broiler Farm Manager

 Business Surge (Pty) Ltd t/a Freebird Poultry has a vacancy for a fully qualified and experienced Broiler  Farm Manager.Key responsibilities include;

• Overseeing the growing of the chickens on the farms, placing of daily old chicks to slaughter
• Overall supervision of staff, including training and performance evaluation.
• Vaccination and cleaning of the broiler farms
• Daily monitoring of all the farms stocks
• Achieving the key performances such as FCR, Mortality, PEF, weights
• Daily control of the farms staff to ensure their correct safety, job completion and work related issues given to them.
• Computing all the info required for the Farm information.

To qualify for the position, candidates will require the following:

• Bachelors Degree in Animal Science/or other related qualification.

• Minimum 8 years of experience working with the broilers/poultry in a medium or large organization.
