Requirements

  • Company profile.
  • COP certified for Directors and Admin Officers (Long term).
  • 2 years’ experience operating as a Broker and traceable performance.
  • Must be fully CIPA registered and tax compliant.
  • At least two referees.
  • Diploma in any business-related field for Directors and Admin Officers.
  • Solid knowledge of micro-lending.
  • Practices.
  • Service excellence oriented.
  • Honesty and transparency in all customer interactions.
  • A strong ethical compass, always putting the client’s best interests first.
  • Integrity in handling confidential information and financial matters.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a high level of self-motivation.

Salary
