The Job

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Developing client prospecting strategies

• Preparing and pitching customised presentation to prospective clients as per identified needs.

• Proposing customised products as per corporate client needs.

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of new and existing clients.

• Identifying and recommending suitable exhibitions, partnerships and sponsored programs for participation.

• Identifying new and emerging markets and formulate growth strategies.

• Implementing marketing plans for new products

• Conducting market intelligence and recommend product and service adjustments to suit market needs

The Person

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• Degree in Marketing or related

• 3 years’ experience in an Insurance Industry

• Strong communication skills.

• Understanding of sales processes and techniques.
