Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Actively marketing the company’s waste incineration, waste management, cleaning, logistics, travel and tourism services to potential customers.
- Conducting field and door-to-door marketing and engaging directly with businesses, institutions and other prospective clients.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing activities aimed at increasing revenue and expanding the customer base.
- Working towards and achieving established sales and business development targets.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conducting consistent follow-ups on enquiries, leads, quotations and proposals to improve conversion into actual business.

Requirements
- Must be resident in Maun.
- Must possess a valid Class B driver’s licence.
- Minimum of a Certificate or equivalent tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism or another relevant field.
- A Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and willingness to conduct field and door-to-door marketing and engage directly with prospective clients.
- Ability to work independently and consistently pursue sales and business development targets.
