CALL CENTER AGENT (English-speaking) – Remote | Full-Time

Calls Experts is hiring full-time Call Center Agents to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls and provide administrative support such as lead qualification and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage call traffic and qualify leads for live transfers

Resolve customer inquiries and update records

Maintain spreadsheets and assist with scheduling

Requirements:

Fluent in English

Remote work-ready: PC/Mac with 8GB RAM, 4000+ CPU score, Windows 10/11 or macOS, and stable FIBER Internet

Available for 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days/week between 9 AM – 9 PM EST

Strong communication and objection-handling skills

Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn

Compensation:

Base: $500 USD/month (approx. $2.84/hour for 176 hours)

Incentives: Up to $500 USD/month

Overtime paid separately
