- Diploma in Call Centre Management
- Certificate in Call Centre Management
- Two (2) years previous experience as a Call Centre Agent or related position
- Compliance and Procedures
- Interpersonal and communication
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Customer Service experience
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
