CAMP MANAGER
Job Summary
A Camp Manager shall be responsible for the overall Operation of the Catering & Housekeeping Services, including managing staff, ensuring food quality, and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experinece of atleast 5 years in hospitality or catering management
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage divers teams
- Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control and financial record keeping
- Client relations (customer focused), excent interpersonal skills
- Logistics – stock control measures and administration, detail oriented
- Resilient, adaptability, problem solving skills and a hands on approach
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Valid Drivers License
- Additional Certificates in Food Safety, First Aid and Health & Safety training essential will be an added advantage.
