Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lodge operations, including guest service, housekeeping and maintenance
• Manage and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional hospitality
• Ensure high standards of safety, sustainability, and guest satisfaction
• Handle budgets, stock control, and reporting
• Act as the primary host, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

• Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management; minimum of five (5) years
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest experience
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment
• Flexible, resourceful, and hands-on approach
• A valid Driver’s License will be an added advantage
