AdaptBridge (PTY) LTD is seeking a skilled and people-centred Change Management Specialist to support and drive organizational transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple change projects, applying the ADKAR Model, developing impactful training materials, and confidently engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage organizational change initiatives across multiple projects
- Apply the ADKAR Change Management Model to plan, execute, and sustain change
- Develop and deliver change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement plan
- Design and create training materials, toolkits, and learning resources to support adoption
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns
- Confidently present to teams, leadership, and large audiences
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluation
- Support business teams in managing resistance and reinforcing adoption
- Track change metrics, adoption progress, and benefits realizatio
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business leaders, HR, and IT teams
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Change Management
- Proven involvement in at least 2-3 major change projects
- Strong working knowledge and practical experience using the ADKAR Model
- Experience developing training materials, user guides, and communication content
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural knack for people and relationship-building
- Ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in digital transformation, IT projects, or ERP implementations is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, APMG, or equivalent) is highly advantageous
- Training or certification in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Facilitation is an added advantage
- Experience in Digital Transformation, ERP (SAP/S/4HANA), or IT-enabled change is a plus
- People-first mindset with high emotional intelligence
- Confidence in addressing individuals, teams, and large groups
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Ability to manage resistance and build buy-in
- Organized, proactive, and delivery-focused
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
