Key Responsibilities

  • Design seasonal menus (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) that cater to diverse dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free).
  • Lead the daily preparation and service of meals, ensuring consistent taste, portion control, and presentation.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders with local suppliers, and manage the kitchen budget to minimize wastage.
