Executive Suites and Spa is seeking an experienced, creative Chef to craft outstanding local and international menus, manage a profitable kitchen, and ensure high standards of sanitation and guest satisfaction in a 3-star boutique hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the restaurant for profit through revenue maximization and inventory management
- Ensures that food meets quality standards, is keeping with guest expectations and culinary trends
- Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are always maintained throughout the kitchen areas
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Must be a team player and willing to learn
- Must be willing to work long extended hours to respond to our client needs
Requirements
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or related qualification
- 5 Years experience as a Chef in an established hospitality setting
- Competent in computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Setswana
- Detailed CV
- Certified certificates
- Omang (ID)
- Food safety certificates
- 2 recent references
Salary
