Prepare meals for guests or staff while maintaining hygiene and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Monitor food usage and minimise wastage.
- Support Head Chef or Camp Manager as required.
Requirements
- Culinary Certificate or relevant training.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate.
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience.
- Good teamwork and organisational skills.
