As our CEO Designate, you will be the driving force behind our brand strategy, responsible for accelerating profitability, elevating our digital experience, and leading our commitment to sustainability & innovation. You will report directly to the Board of Directors and manage a diverse executive team.

Requirements
- **Proven Track Record:** 10+ years in C-suite or senior executive leadership roles, preferably within a large-scale, international retail or consumer goods company.
- **Strategic Visionary:** A track record of scaling businesses, transforming digital presence, and driving omnichannel growth.
- **Brand Steward:** A deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer psychology, and brand equity management.
- **Cultural Leader:** A passionate leader with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a commitment to nurturing top-tier talent.
