The Role: As CEO, reporting to the local Board, you will be the Group’s senior representative in Botswana, responsible for driving financial growth, profitability, and market leadership, leading strategic direction, inspiring operational excellence, strengthening governance, and building a high-performance culture.

Requirements include 15+ years in banking with at least 5 at senior management level, proven leadership track record, and ability to break new ground.
