1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Role Purpose: As Chief Financial Officer, you will provide strategic leadership over the Bank’s financial sustainability, capital structure, and resource mobilisation agenda. You will be accountable for ensuring robust financial governance, regulatory compliance, and prudent financial risk management in line with the Bank’s developmental mandate.
Key Duties/Responsibilities: This role provides executive oversight of budgeting, forecasting, financial performance management, and cost optimisation to enhance value creation and institutional resilience. You will lead procurement governance and value management to ensure efficiency, transparency, and ESG alignment, while supporting sustainable finance initiatives, fund administration, and stakeholder confidence through high-quality financial reporting and stewardship.
