Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all the financial issues within the group. This includes, but not limited to;
- Planning, managing and control the accurate recording and processing of all accounting information of all the retail chain shops.
- Preparation of budgets, monthly management accounts, quarterly & annual financial statements of the group.
- Ensuring that the accounts reflect an accurate and true record of financial transactions and putting in place operational procedures for timely resolution of debtor/creditor queries.
- Working Capital Management.
- Capital Budgeting.
- Fund Raising.
- Tax management & administration of the group.
- Audit liaison (internal & external)

Requirements
- A Chartered Accountant with minimum of 10 years’ experience.
- Must be registered with BICA.
- Have held senior finance positions or the same covering multiple markets.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders.
