Mont CATERING AND REFRIGERATION is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead, optimise, and scale our national operations. The COO will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into operational excellence, driving performance, improving systems, and ensuring consistent service delivery across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership across all operational functions, including operations, refrigeration services, logistics, maintenance, and branch management
- Oversee multi-branch performance, ensuring operational consistency, efficiency, and profitability
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and branch leadership teams
- Manage supplier relationships, procurement strategies, and service-level agreements
- Support business expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related field. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Adequate understanding of strong technical and operational grounds.
- Proven senior leadership experience within refrigeration or related technical service industries
- Extensive operational experience gained through progressive leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing large teams and complex operational environments
- Strong understanding of technical operations, service delivery, and customer-facing environments
