Key Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy & Transformation: Define and execute an integrated technology, network and IT strategy aligned with BTC’s business growth and digital transformation ambitions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- A relevant Master’s Degree, MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- At least 12 years’ progressive experience within telecommunications and/or a complex technology-intensive environment, with significant experience at senior leadership or executive level.
- Demonstrable experience leading large-scale telecommunications infrastructure, network modernisation and/or enterprise IT transformation programmes.
- Strong technical understanding of mobile and fixed networks, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, digital platforms and emerging telecommunications technologies.
- Experience operating within a highly regulated, commercially driven telecommunications environment.
