Job Summary
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and professionally presented premium office environment. The role supports a high-quality workplace experience for clients, tenants, visitors, and staff by ensuring that all office areas, meeting rooms, washrooms, kitchens, reception areas, gym room and shared spaces are cleaned and maintained to an excellent standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain office areas, workstations, meeting rooms, boardrooms, reception areas, corridors, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Dust desks, chairs, shelves, windowsills, doors, partitions, skirting boards, and other surfaces.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required.
  • Empty waste bins, replace bin liners, and support waste separation and disposal procedures.
  • Clean glass surfaces, internal windows, mirrors, and doors to maintain a premium appearance.
  • Ensure all visible areas remain neat, tidy, and client-ready throughout the day.
  • Clean and disinfect toilets, basins, taps, mirrors, counters, doors, and floors.
  • Replenish toilet paper, hand towels, soap, sanitiser, air fresheners, and other consumables.
  • Report plumbing issues, leaks, blockages, odours, or damaged fittings immediately.
  • Maintain washrooms to a high hygiene standard at all times.
  • Prepare and refresh meeting rooms before and after use.
  • Clean tables, chairs, whiteboards, screens, and presentation areas.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are free from cups, plates, papers, and waste after meetings.
  • Replenish water, glasses, tissues, and other hospitality items where required.
  • Ensure premium client-facing areas are always presentable.
  • Clean kitchen counters, sinks, cupboards, appliances, microwaves, fridges, and coffee stations.
  • Wash or load dishes where applicable.
  • Replenish tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, paper towels, and other pantry supplies as instructed.
  • Report low stock levels to the supervisor.
  • Ensure kitchen areas remain clean, fresh, and hygienic throughout the day.

  • 3+ years’ experience in Premium office /Hotel environment, ideally gained within a corporate or hotel environment.
  • Experience in the Service industry will be an added advantage.

  • BGSCE certificate a minimum with a certificate in housekeeping
  • Certification courses in hospitality management are an added advantage.

Salary

Attractive base salary, eligible for total compensation including optional Health & life insurance, 15 days of leave & Pension Contribution
