We are thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new health facility just outside Gaborone, in a rapidly developing suburban community. We are recruiting for this position:
CLINICAL TECHNOLOGIST
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor medical equipment during patient procedures.
- Perform equipment calibration, quality control, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and clinical protocols.
- Support clinicians during procedures by providing technical expertise.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and coordinate repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of procedures, machine performance, and consumable usage.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Clinical Technology (specialization optional).
- Strong technical skills and understanding of biomedical systems.
- High attention to detail, patient safety awareness, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in high-pressure clinical environments and respond quickly to equipment issues.
