WE ARE HIRING
We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and dedicated individuals with a passion and proven experience in the aviation field. The applicants will be based in Maun and will travel into remote areas frequently.

Requirements
- A valid Commercial pilot license
- Flight Instructor Rating or Aircraft Type Rating Instructor
- Level 4 English proficiency
- A valid Class B driver’s License
- A degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a safety management system (SMS) qualification will be an advantage.
- Possession of a quality management system (QMS) qualification will be an advantage
- Minimum of 950 hrs total flight time
- C208 rated (Preferred)
- Turbine experience is an added advantage
- Instructors rating and experience is an added advantage
- Customer service skills
- Must have leadership skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Salary
Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications and to the salary scale of Wilderness Air, Botswana.
