Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization to project handover
- Plan construction methodology, schedules, and resource deployment
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants at site
- Monitor project progress, cost control, quality standards, and HSE compliance
- Coordinate with design teams, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and manage variations and claims
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion
Requirements
- 12-15 years of on-site construction experience
- Mandatory experience in Petrol Stations, Refineries, Warehouses, and Residential Flats
- Proven working experience in African countries
- Strong leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams and contractors
- Ability to independently handle projects in remote and challenging environments
- Willingness to travel and relocate across African project locations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
