Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization to project handover
  • Plan construction methodology, schedules, and resource deployment
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants at site
  • Monitor project progress, cost control, quality standards, and HSE compliance
  • Coordinate with design teams, authorities, and internal stakeholders
  • Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and manage variations and claims
  • Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of on-site construction experience
  • Mandatory experience in Petrol Stations, Refineries, Warehouses, and Residential Flats
